Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Prevé Luxury, we want you to love your purchase. Each of our pre-loved and vintage handbags is carefully curated and authentically verified, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags, accessories, dust bags, and packaging included.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at aoife@preveluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to protect it during transit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was misrepresented in its listing.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding any shipping or insurance fees, within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Misrepresented or Faulty Items

We take accuracy and transparency seriously. If you believe your item was inaccurately described or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aoife@preveluxury.com

Our team will review your case promptly and provide next steps for inspection and resolution.
