Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer tracked domestic shipping via trusted courier services.
Insured shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee to protect your purchase against loss or damage in transit.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimated times; delays may occur due to courier volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
All parcels include tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.
You’ll receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at aoife@preveluxury.com
For insured shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and ensure a resolution as quickly as possible.
Prevé Luxury is not responsible for lost or damaged items if you choose not to insure your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee may apply.
